Description

A prominent medical center in Groningen is seeking a mid-level Maintenance Assistant to support their facility management team. The role focuses on performing preventive checks, minor repairs, and maintenance of medical equipment infrastructure and building systems.

Daily tasks include routine inspections, assisting specialized technicians with complex repairs, maintaining inventory of tools and parts, and recording maintenance activities. You will collaborate with various departments to minimize disruptions and ensure compliance with healthcare safety standards.

Standard working hours apply with occasional overtime in emergencies. The workplace complies with Dutch workplace safety and labor regulations. Personal protective equipment, detailed training, and career development pathways are provided.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in maintenance roles, preferably healthcare-related

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Valid EU work authorization
• Willingness to comply with safety and quality standards
