Description

We are a reputable construction firm involved in mixed-use developments around Zwolle. We require a construction site assistant to support project managers by coordinating deliveries, maintaining site cleanliness, assisting tradespeople, and ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. This role provides exposure to various construction phases including excavation, structural work, and finishing. Your duties also include basic reporting and inventory management. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Work is onsite with a full-time schedule Monday through Friday. We offer a structured environment with room to grow professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience (1+ years) in construction site assistance preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Basic knowledge of safety protocols
• Good English communication
• Physical ability to assist with manual tasks
• Valid EU work documentation
• Willingness to work onsite in Zwolle
