Description

A private clinic in Amersfoort is hiring a Maintenance Assistant with a focus on sanitary and HVAC systems. This role ensures patient comfort and facility compliance through regular inspection and maintenance of plumbing and climate control installations.

Your typical day will consist of checking heating and ventilation units, repairing leaks or faults in plumbing fixtures, replacing filters, monitoring water quality, and keeping detailed maintenance records. You will cooperate closely with medical staff to minimize disruptions.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday daytime hours. Safety training and all necessary equipment will be provided. The clinic emphasizes occupational health and safety, ensuring a secure working environment.

We offer a mid-level salary reflecting specialized skills, paid holidays, and chances for further training and certification in technical maintenance fields.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in HVAC and plumbing maintenance
• Good technical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to document work clearly and communicate in English
• Strong focus on safety and quality
• EU work authorization
• Team player with initiative
• Availability during regular office hours
