Description

Our company is active in residential renovations around Utrecht and we seek construction helpers to support skilled tradespeople. Responsibilities include site preparation, moving materials, assisting with demolition, cleaning up debris, and basic carpentry support tasks. You will gain on-the-job experience and work under the supervision of project leaders to ensure smooth workflow. Safety is paramount, and you will receive training on correct manual handling and use of protective equipment. Work is performed mainly at customer homes, requiring punctuality and professionalism. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday with some flexibility. We offer fair wages and an inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• No previous experience required, but interest in construction preferred
• Good physical condition for manual labor
• Ability to follow instructions and safety rules
• Basic communication skills in English
• Reliable and punctual
• Legal right to work in the Netherlands
