The role involves applying herbicides, manual weeding, soil aeration, and assisting with planting schedules. You will also help monitor crop health and report observations to supervisors for timely interventions.
Work takes place outdoors in various weather conditions requiring physical endurance and careful adherence to safety rules related to chemical handling. Routine tasks combined with some equipment support.
