Our bakery in Breda specializes in the production of cookies, pastries, and sweet baked goods. We are hiring a baking production worker to support dough preparation, baking, and packaging stages.
The role involves measuring ingredients, operating mixers and ovens, monitoring baking cycles, and assisting with packing finished products. Maintaining cleanliness and following production schedules are critical for success.
Working conditions include a warm and sometimes noisy baking environment with physically active tasks. Shift patterns are mostly daytime, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work during peak periods.
