Description

We are a vegetable farm located near Breda seeking entry-level workers to assist with planting, irrigating, weeding, and harvesting a variety of vegetables including lettuce, carrots, and beans.

Tasks include manual planting, monitoring water needs, hand weeding, harvesting vegetables by hand or with small tools, and cleaning produce for shipment. Training will be provided.

Work is predominantly outdoors and physically demanding with varying weather. Protective gear and hydration breaks are standard. The role is ideal for newcomers to agriculture seeking practical experience.

We offer a friendly team environment, Dutch minimum wage pay, and full-time seasonal contracts with extension potential based on performance.

Requirements

• Physical fitness for manual farm labor
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather
• Basic English communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Work authorization in the EU
