Day-to-day responsibilities include planting flower bulbs, monitoring plant growth, adjusting watering and fertilization schedules, and carefully harvesting flowers for shipment. You will operate greenhouse climate control systems and follow strict hygiene standards. Experience in greenhouse horticulture is essential.

Work is performed indoors in greenhouses with moderate physical activity, standing for long periods, and occasional lifting of flower boxes. A full-time contract with set working hours is provided. Compliance with safety protocols and teamwork are vital.
