Description

Breda Medical Center is looking for a Healthcare Quality Improvement Officer to help enhance patient care standards and operational processes. Your daily work will include data collection and analysis, compliance auditing, developing quality improvement initiatives, and staff training coordination. You will liaise with clinical departments to implement best practices in line with Dutch healthcare regulations. The role involves office-based work with some onsite visits. Requirements

• Degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
• 1-3 years experience in healthcare quality or compliance
• Strong English communication skills; Dutch language knowledge beneficial
• Ability to analyze data and manage projects
• Proficiency with healthcare IT systems and MS Office
• EU citizen with work authorization
