Description

We are seeking a senior warehouse operator to support the logistics team in a busy construction material distribution center based in Breda.

Your main responsibilities include overseeing the loading and unloading of construction supplies, performing quality checks on incoming materials, managing warehouse storage layout, and mentoring junior staff. Daily interaction with transport drivers and construction site coordinators is crucial.

The position requires working in a physically demanding environment with adherence to strict safety regulations. Shifts are full-time, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility for urgent deliveries. Protective gear is mandatory and provided.

The salary range is EUR 20.00 to EUR 23.00 per hour based on experience. We also provide opportunities for professional training including forklift certification and logistics management courses.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in warehouse operations related to construction logistics
• Forklift license and safe driving record
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good English proficiency
• Physical ability to lift heavy loads
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Valid EU work permit
