Description

We are looking for a Senior Meat Processing Operator to lead sausage production shifts at our Breda facility. In this position, you will oversee the production line ensuring smooth operation of equipment such as grinders, fillers, and packaging units. You will also conduct quality inspections, train junior staff, and coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime. This role requires a strong knowledge of food safety regulations and experience in high volume meat processing. Working conditions include cold production areas and shift schedules. Requirements

• At least 3 years’ senior experience in meat processing
• Proven ability to lead production teams
• In-depth knowledge of Dutch and EU food safety standards
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good command of English
• Physical ability to work on production floor
• Flexibility to work shifts
