We are looking for a Sales Floor Coordinator to oversee daily retail operations at our Breda location. This mid-level position suits candidates with retail experience who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities.
The role involves supervising sales associates, monitoring stock levels, ensuring visual merchandising standards, coordinating customer service, and supporting cashiers during busy periods. You will act as liaison between staff and management.
This position requires standing, walking, and occasional light lifting within the store environment. You will work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, following Dutch labor law.
We offer a salary between EUR 17.00 and EUR 19.50 per hour, paid breaks, and a full benefits package. Leadership training and career progression opportunities are included.
