As a production assistant with mid-level experience, you will operate processing machines, monitor fermentation stages, perform quality checks, assist in packaging, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety laws. You will also support junior staff and maintain production records.

The role involves working in cold environments, standing for long hours, and shift flexibility. Personal protective equipment will be provided and required to maintain product safety and personal health.
