Description

A mid-sized farm in Gelderland is hiring enthusiastic workers to join our bulb planting crew for the upcoming season. We specialize in cultivating a variety of flower bulbs and welcome applicants eager to start a career in agriculture.

Daily duties focus on manual bulb planting, sorting bulbs for quality, light weeding, and assisting experienced workers in field tasks. Training will be provided onsite to ensure effective and safe work.

This role is physically demanding but rewarding, with work conducted outdoors in variable weather. Shifts are typically 8 hours per day with breaks, Monday to Friday. Protective gear is supplied.

We offer an entry-level hourly wage above Dutch minimum, a supportive atmosphere, and opportunities to gain valuable agricultural skills for future seasons.

Requirements

• No prior experience required
• Basic English or willingness to learn
• Good physical condition
• Team player attitude
• Motivation to work outdoors
• Valid work permit for the Netherlands
• Reliable and punctual
