Entry-Level Gardening Assistant for Seasonal Vegetable Cultivation Near Den Bosch

We are a family-run horticulture business located close to Den Bosch, specializing in organic vegetable growing. We are looking for entry-level gardening assistants to help with planting, weeding, and harvesting tasks during the busy seasonal periods. This role is perfect for EU workers starting their career in horticultural work.

Your daily work will include planting vegetable seedlings, watering and fertilizing crops, assisting with harvesting ripe produce, and cleaning gardening tools and workspaces. You will work under the guidance of experienced gardeners and learn agricultural best practices.

Working outdoors in varying weather conditions is part of the job, requiring basic physical fitness and attentiveness. Work hours usually start early in the morning and finish mid-afternoon. We provide necessary tools and protective gloves but recommend bringing suitable footwear.
