Description

Work in a specialized cardboard packaging factory located in Den Bosch that supplies packaging solutions to retail and manufacturing industries. The company is committed to sustainability and high-quality production.

Your role as a factory worker involves operating machinery to cut and fold cardboard, inspecting finished packaging for quality, packing finished products for shipment, and maintaining a clean workspace. You will rotate through different tasks on the production floor.

Shifts include early mornings and afternoons with full safety gear required. The factory environment can be loud, and manual labor is necessary. Proper training and supervision will be provided to ensure safe operation.

We offer full-time contracts with wages between EUR 14.71 and EUR 17.00 per hour, plus overtime opportunities. Join a growth-oriented business with clear development paths.

Requirements

• Physical fitness able to lift boxes up to 15 kg
• Willingness to work in shifts and stand for long periods
• Basic English skills to understand safety instructions
• Careful and precise working style
• Experience in factory or warehouse work preferred but not required
• Good team communication
• Valid EU work permit
