EL Experienced Textile Factory Worker for Production Team in Den Bosch

A reputable textile manufacturer in Den Bosch is looking for experienced factory workers to join its production team. The company produces various types of fabrics and finished textile goods for European apparel brands.
Your responsibilities include operating textile machines, monitoring fabric quality, performing routine maintenance, and packing products for dispatch. You will work closely with quality control and maintenance teams to ensure product standards.
The workplace is climate-controlled but you must be comfortable standing and walking throughout your shift. Safety and hygiene rules are strictly enforced. Shifts include early morning and afternoon options.
We offer a mid-level hourly rate between EUR 16.50 and EUR 19.00, depending on experience. Permanent contracts and social benefits are included.
Requirements
• Familiarity with textile machinery and safety procedures
• Ability to read work orders and quality check sheets
• Good communication skills in English
• Reliable and punctual
• Basic mechanical skills for machine adjustments
• Authorized to work within the EU
