Description

A high-speed manufacturing plant in Den Bosch seeks a mid-level machine operator experienced in industrial equipment. Our facility produces precision parts for automotive and electronics sectors.

You will set up and monitor machines, conduct quality inspections, perform minor repairs, and maintain production logs. Collaboration with maintenance and quality teams is required to optimize output.

Factory conditions are clean with moderate noise; shift work includes early and late shifts. Safety equipment and protocols are strictly enforced.

Remuneration ranges from EUR 17.00 to EUR 20.00 per hour based on experience. Permanent contracts and employee benefits included.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of machine operating experience in manufacturing
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in English communication
• Flexibility to work shifts
• Authorized to work in EU
