Description

Our large frozen food production facility in Den Bosch is seeking packing workers to support high-volume packaging operations. We supply frozen vegetables and ready meals to supermarkets across the Netherlands and EU.

Your role involves packing frozen products into cartons, sealing packages, labeling, and preparing pallets for dispatch. Speed, accuracy, and hygiene adherence are critical.

The cold environment requires wearing insulated clothing provided by the employer. Work is shift-based, including mornings and afternoons, with scheduled breaks.

The offered hourly wage ranges from EUR 15.00 to EUR 17.00. Long-term contracts with overtime options are available.

Requirements

• Previous packing or factory experience preferred
• Able to work in cold conditions (around 0 to 4 °C)
• Basic English communication skills
• Good physical condition able to stand and lift boxes of 10-15 kg
• Attention to detail and hygiene standards
• Team player mindset
• EU work authorization
