Experienced Vegetable Sorter and Packaging Operator in Den Bosch Greenhouses

We are a commercial greenhouse vegetable grower near Den Bosch seeking experienced sorters and packaging operators for seasonal harvest work. Our production focuses on salad greens, herbs, and cherry tomatoes that require careful handling to maintain quality during packaging and shipment.

Daily responsibilities include sorting harvested vegetables by size and quality, packing produce into crates or bags, labeling products following company and EU export standards, and maintaining a clean workspace. Operators work on a conveyor line and must work efficiently to meet daily quotas.

This role requires standing for long periods, manual dexterity, and attention to detail. Work is indoors but conditions can be humid due to greenhouse environments. Safety and hygiene protocols are strictly enforced. Shifts include early mornings and some weekend work during peak seasons.
