Skilled Team Leader for Vegetable Harvest and Garden Operations in Den Bosch

Our modern vegetable production farm near Den Bosch is seeking a skilled team leader to oversee seasonal harvest and daily garden operations. The farm grows a variety of vegetables such as lettuce, spinach, and radishes using both open field and greenhouse methods. We emphasize teamwork, quality, and sustainability in our practices.

As team leader, your responsibilities include organizing harvesting schedules, supervising harvest helpers, ensuring correct sorting and packing standards, and liaising with management on production progress. You will train new employees on safety and working methods and ensure compliance with health regulations.

The role is physically active and requires managing a group of 5-8 workers on site. Workdays start early to maximize harvest efficiency and may vary depending on weather and crop readiness. Competitive protective equipment and tools are supplied.
