EL Packaging Line Supervisor with Experience in Cosmetics Industry Den Bosch

Our cosmetics packaging division in Den Bosch is recruiting a packaging line supervisor to lead a team in the production area. We specialize in packaging premium skincare and beauty products for global distribution.
As supervisor, you will oversee packaging line operations, coordinate team schedules, ensure compliance with quality standards, troubleshoot production issues, and report to management. Leadership skills and technical understanding of packaging machinery are required.
The facility is modern and hygienic with shift work including some weekends. PPE and safety protocols are strictly enforced.
We offer a senior-level salary of EUR 22.00 to EUR 26.00 per hour plus benefits. Full-time permanent contract with career growth potential.
