Description

Our manufacturing partner in Den Haag seeks an entry-level industrial engineering assistant to support process improvements and productivity enhancement projects. This role is ideal for recent graduates wanting to gain practical experience in manufacturing engineering.

You will assist in data collection, analyze production workflows, identify bottlenecks, support lean manufacturing initiatives, and collaborate with operations teams to implement improvements. The role requires attention to detail and good organizational skills.

This is an onsite position with typical daytime hours in a safe, clean factory environment equipped with modern production technologies. The company promotes employee wellbeing and skills development.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Industrial Engineering or related field
• No prior work experience needed; internships preferred
