Description

A busy Den Haag restaurant seeks a kitchen assistant to help chefs with food prep, ingredient handling, and kitchen organization. Our restaurant is focused on delivering high-quality dishes in a timely manner.

Your responsibilities include peeling, chopping, portioning ingredients, cleaning cooking stations, and managing waste disposal. You will assist chefs with picking ingredients and maintaining kitchen hygiene.

Work is done mostly during lunch and dinner hours with some weekend shifts. The environment is fast-moving and requires good communication and teamwork.

Requirements

• At least 1 year kitchen or food preparation experience
• Knowledge of basic kitchen hygiene rules
• Good physical stamina and multitasking ability
• English language skills for communication
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
