Description

Our fish processing plant in Den Haag seeks a reliable full-time Fish Filleting Operator skilled with modern filleting equipment. We produce fresh and frozen fish products for distribution across the Netherlands and export markets.

The role’s daily activities include operating filleting machines, trimming fish manually as needed, inspecting product quality, and preparing fish for packaging. You will maintain cleanliness of your work area and comply with food safety policies at all times.

The work environment requires standing on feet for long shifts in refrigerated temperatures around 6°C. Shifts run Monday through Saturday with occasional overtime during peak seasons.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in fish filleting or processing preferred
• Good physical health and stamina for repetitive tasks
• Knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures in food production

• Basic English communication skills
• EU citizenship or valid permit to work in the Netherlands
