As a plant care worker, you will be responsible for watering, fertilizing, trimming, and supporting flower growth according to production schedules. Monitoring for pests and diseases and assisting in greenhouse maintenance tasks are key daily activities. Packaging flowers for dispatch forms part of your duties.
The role is onsite within climate-controlled greenhouses. The position offers seasonal work with contracts typically lasting 3 to 6 months. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays during peak season.

Requirements
• Basic English communication skills
• Capable of standing and repetitive hand movements for extended periods
