We are seeking a Senior Fish Processing Line Supervisor for our Den Haag facility specializing in high-volume fish filleting and packaging. The role demands a proactive leader to oversee production teams, ensure compliance with HACCP standards, and maintain product quality throughout the processing line.

Key daily tasks include supervising workers on the processing floor, managing workflow to meet production targets, conducting quality checks, and coordinating maintenance of processing equipment. You will also be responsible for training staff on safety protocols and maintaining documentation for audits.

Working conditions include standing in a cold environment at around 5°C, adherence to hygiene standards, and managing shift schedules. Evening or early shift availability may be required to align with production cycles.
