Description

Our friendly bakery cafe in Dordrecht is hiring a Pastry Chef Assistant to support the kitchen team in preparing fresh pastries, breads, and desserts daily. We focus on quality and handcrafted products that delight international and local customers.

Responsibilities include measuring ingredients, mixing doughs and batters, shaping pastries, decorating items, cleaning workstations, and assisting senior bakers. You will be part of a busy kitchen team with early morning shifts.

The work environment is warm and collaborative. Training will be provided for those new to pastry work. English communication is required; Dutch language is not necessary.

Requirements

• Basic English speaking and comprehension
• Interest or some experience in bakery or pastry work
• Early riser, able to work morning shifts
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team
• EU work authorization
