Our construction company in Dordrecht is recruiting an experienced Construction Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning teams across multiple building sites. We focus on delivering top-tier cleaning quality to support construction efficiency and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include scheduling cleaning tasks, supervising teams, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, inspecting completed work, and coordinating with project managers. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards on complex and fast-moving projects.

This is a full-time onsite position with some travel between sites. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to troubleshooting site cleaning issues.
