Description

Our Dordrecht-based manufacturing company produces metal components requiring combined manual assembly and CNC machining operations. We focus on precision engineering and lean manufacturing principles.

The Assembly Operator role involves assembling machined parts, operating CNC machines under supervision, checking dimensional accuracy, and maintaining production records. You will work with engineering teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high quality standards.

The factory operates on a two-shift system from Monday to Friday, with adherence to strict health and safety regulations. PPE is provided, and training is ongoing.

We offer an hourly pay range between EUR 18.00 and EUR 22.00 depending on skills, with career growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

• 2+ years assembly experience with CNC machining knowledge
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills for machine programming
• Good communication skills in English
• Reliability and team collaboration
