Description

Our upscale Dordrecht restaurant is seeking a professional Front of House Host to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth dining experience. The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, attracting an international clientele.

Daily duties include welcoming guests, managing the waiting list, coordinating with serving staff, and assisting with customer inquiries. You will be the first face guests see and play a key role in customer satisfaction.

Shifts include evenings and weekends in a fast-paced fine dining environment. English fluency is required, Dutch language is not necessary. Training on reservation systems and service standards will be provided.

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service experience seeking to develop a hospitality career in the Netherlands.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills
• Customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, polished appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
• Good organizational skills
• EU work authorization
