Our boutique hotel seeks a Guest Relations Officer to ensure international guests enjoy a personalized and memorable stay in Dordrecht. This role involves acting as a liaison between guests and hotel services, resolving requests and complaints professionally.
Core duties include greeting and welcoming guests, assisting with special requests, coordinating with departments such as housekeeping and food & beverage, managing guest feedback, and promoting hotel amenities. You will contribute to a positive guest experience through attentive communication.
Shifts include day, evening, and weekend work. The hotel is a friendly, inclusive environment that welcomes EU workers proficient in English. Training in hotel procedures is provided.
We offer a salary above Dutch minimum wage with performance bonuses, paid holidays, and opportunities for internal advancement.
Requirements
• Customer service experience in hospitality preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle guest complaints diplomatically
• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Positive and proactive attitude
