Description

Our Dordrecht manufacturing facility specializes in metal fabrication for multiple industries including construction and automotive. We emphasize precision workmanship and efficient production processes.

The Mid-Level Assembly Operator assembles metal components using hand tools and machines, interprets technical drawings, performs quality inspections, and coordinates with maintenance to resolve equipment issues. You will work closely with a skilled team to meet production targets.

Work is conducted in a safe, industrial environment with protective equipment provided. Shifts are Monday to Friday with standard daytime hours.

We offer a competitive salary range from EUR 17.50 to EUR 19.50 per hour, paid training, and career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience in metal assembly or fabrication
• Ability to read and understand blueprints
• Skilled use of hand and power tools
• Attention to detail and quality
• Good communication skills in English
