EL Mid-Level Assembly Operator for Industrial Machinery Components in Dordrecht

Our Dordrecht manufacturing site specializes in producing components for industrial machinery used across Europe. We are committed to quality craftsmanship and efficient throughput.
The role of Assembly Operator includes assembling mechanical parts, verifying component dimensions with measuring instruments, following detailed assembly instructions, and supporting quality control processes. Collaboration with maintenance and engineering teams is essential to ensure smooth production.
The working environment includes a well-lit, ventilated factory floor with strict safety procedures and scheduled breaks. Shifts run Monday to Friday during daytime hours.
We offer an hourly wage between EUR 16.50 and EUR 18.50, ongoing skills training, and opportunities to participate in process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
• Familiarity with mechanical parts and tools
• Good numeracy and ability to use measuring instruments
• Ability to follow technical manuals
• Basic computer skills
• Good command of English
• Reliable and punctual
