Description

Join our well-established Dordrecht manufacturing plant, which produces critical components for the automotive industry. Our facility uses advanced assembly techniques and emphasizes precision and reliability to meet strict industry standards.

As an experienced Assembly Operator, you will assemble automotive parts using manual and semi-automated tools, interpret assembly drawings, perform quality inspections at each production stage, and collaborate with engineers to optimize workflow. You will also assist in training junior team members and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Work is full-time onsite with regular day shift hours Monday through Friday. The plant maintains high safety standards and offers an ergonomically designed workspace with mandatory health and safety training.

We offer a competitive hourly wage between EUR 16.50 and EUR 19.00 depending on experience, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for skill development and internal promotions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years assembly experience in manufacturing
• Knowledge of automotive assembly processes
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Good command of English language
• Team player attitude and reliability
