The Junior Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling small electronic parts, following detailed work instructions, performing visual inspections for defects, and participating in team quality audits. On-the-job training and guidance from senior colleagues are provided.

The work environment is temperature controlled with adequate lighting and safety measures. Work is Monday to Friday during daytime hours with occasional extended shifts during peak periods.
