Description

This role supports the quality control team in inspecting crops for diseases, pests, and growth abnormalities in multiple greenhouses near Eindhoven. You will document findings, assist in sampling, and help implement corrective actions as directed by supervisors. The position is essential for maintaining product quality and consistency. The job involves detailed observation, some light physical work, and collaboration with growers and technical staff.

Requirements

• Some experience in agriculture or horticulture quality control
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to follow protocols and report accurately
• Basic English language proficiency
• Comfortable working indoors in greenhouse environments
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt
