Description

We operate modern greenhouses specializing in a variety of vegetable crops located close to Eindhoven. The vegetable production assistant role involves supporting the cultivation team in planting, nurturing, harvesting, and quality control of vegetables such as peppers, cucumbers, and leafy greens. Daily activities include monitoring plant conditions, adjusting irrigation systems, and assisting with pest management. You will work in a team-oriented greenhouse environment and receive guidance to develop your skills.

Requirements

• Some experience in greenhouse or vegetable production preferred
• Basic knowledge of plant care and growth cycles
• Ability to work indoors in warm, humid conditions
• Good physical fitness for manual handling
• English language skills for team communication
• Attention to detail and reliability
• Teamwork and flexibility
