Fishery Production Team Leader for Processing Line in Eindhoven

Our fish processing company in Eindhoven is searching for an experienced Team Leader to oversee the production line operations. We handle a variety of fresh and frozen fish products destined for export.

Your main responsibilities will include coordinating the daily workflow, supervising team members, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, monitoring production output, and reporting any operational issues to management. You will also coach and train line workers to improve performance and maintain morale.

The position is stationed in a refrigerated processing plant with shift work. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to manage diverse teams in a dynamic environment.
