We are searching for a flexible and adaptable construction helper to assist on multiple ongoing building projects within Eindhoven. Our company values dependability and hard work in a varied environment.

You will contribute by moving materials, cleaning sites, assisting in minor construction tasks, and supporting different trades according to daily needs. Your adaptability will help projects progress smoothly.

The role requires physical labor outside in various weather conditions, following safety standards strictly, and cooperating well with all team members.

We offer hourly wages above minimum, flexible scheduling when possible, and a professional team setting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or manual labor preferred
• Good physical condition
• Dependability and strong work ethic
• Basic English communication skills
• Ability to take instructions and work independently

• Valid EU work authorization
