Join the hospitality team at Eindhoven’s International Tourist Information Center, welcoming and assisting visitors from around the globe. This role blends customer service with knowledge-sharing about local attractions.
Daily activities include greeting visitors, providing information on local sites and events, selling tickets or souvenirs, handling phone and email inquiries, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the center.
This is an indoor, office-style hospitality role with regular hours, Monday to Friday. It requires excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Requirements
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Good computer skills for booking and information systems
