Your role includes overseeing packing line efficiency, monitoring product standards, scheduling shifts, and supporting team members with technical issues or irregularities. Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations is a critical part of your job.
The production area is temperature controlled, requiring standing and physical activity throughout shifts. Shift flexibility and teamwork are essential to meet production goals and deadlines.
