Description

Our consumer electronics manufacturing site in Eindhoven is seeking a senior assembly line supervisor responsible for overseeing daily production activities and ensuring high-quality product output.

You will lead a team of assembly workers, coordinate workflow, handle troubleshooting, and liaise with quality and logistics departments. You ensure that production targets and safety standards are consistently met.

The position is based in a fast-paced, modern factory environment with rotating shifts. Strong leadership skills and technical knowledge are required.

Requirements

• 5+ years in electronics assembly with at least 2 years in supervisory roles
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
