Senior Fish Production Planner and Logistics Coordinator in Eindhoven

We are a leading fish processing company located in Eindhoven looking to hire a Senior Production Planner and Logistics Coordinator. Our company distributes fresh and frozen fish products throughout the EU.

In this role, you will create detailed production schedules, coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams, manage shipping logistics, and monitor inventory levels to ensure production targets and delivery deadlines are met. Strong analytical skills and experience in supply chain management within food or fishery sectors are required.

The office environment is standard with some visits to production areas required. This position is full-time with some flexibility for tight deadlines or urgent issues.
