Description

Our advanced greenhouse near Eindhoven requires a senior supervisor to oversee tomato crop production. You will coordinate daily activities including crop planting, pruning, harvesting, staffing schedules, and quality assurance. The position requires detailed knowledge of tomato cultivation techniques and the ability to lead a diverse team. You will ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards and optimize efficiency. Requirements

• 3+ years greenhouse experience focused on tomatoes
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong knowledge of hydroponic systems and crop cycles
• Good command of English and Dutch is a plus

• Flexible and proactive attitude
