Description

We are looking for a skilled equipment operator for an agricultural farm near Eindhoven involved in large-scale vegetable production. Responsibilities include operating tractors, tillers, and irrigation machinery for crop maintenance and field preparation. The role requires knowledge of agricultural machinery operation, routine maintenance checks, and adherence to safety standards. You will work outdoors under varying weather conditions and coordinate with the farm team to meet production goals.

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience operating agricultural machines
• Valid machinery operator certification is preferred
• Understanding of crop cycles and field maintenance
• Physical fitness for outdoor work
• Good communication skills in English
• Ability to follow safety rules and procedures
• Reliable and punctual
