Your role involves operating and maintaining filleting machinery, ensuring consistent product size and quality, cleaning equipment, and reporting any malfunctions. You will collaborate with quality control to meet product standards and optimize throughput.

The workplace is refrigerated with temperatures maintained between 0 to 6 degrees Celsius. You will be required to wear protective clothing and comply with safety protocols. The position includes shift work to maintain continuous production.
