Description

Our company in Venlo specializes in manufacturing automation and control systems for various industries. We are seeking motivated trainees to join our engineering team and develop their skills in PLC programming, system troubleshooting, and process automation.

Daily responsibilities include assisting engineers with programming PLCs, testing control panels, documenting system configurations, and conducting preliminary diagnostics under supervision. You will participate in installation and commissioning of automation systems onsite.

The work environment is a mix of office-based design work and factory floor hands-on tasks. Standard Monday to Friday daytime hours apply, with a focus on safety and continuous learning.

Requirements

• Technical vocational education diploma or bachelor’s degree in automation, electrical, or control engineering
• Basic programming knowledge or willingness to learn PLC languages
• Good problem-solving skills
• English language proficiency
• Ability to work onsite in both office and manufacturing environments
• Strong team orientation and eagerness to learn
• Attention to detail and documentation skills
