Description

Join our bulb farm in Overijssel as an experienced technician focused on soil conditioning and pest management. We specialize in optimizing crop health and yield for high-value flower bulbs.

Your daily tasks include monitoring soil conditions, applying approved pest control measures, working with crop advisors to implement cultivation plans, and maintaining records of treatments and observations. You will work closely with planting teams.

Work is performed primarily outdoors with some indoor documentation tasks. The schedule is full-time, Monday to Friday with standard Dutch labor conditions. Safety equipment and training are mandatory parts of the role.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in agricultural pest control and soil management
• Good English communication
• Knowledge of Dutch agricultural safety standards
• Ability to work outdoors in variable weather

• Valid EU work permit
• Attention to detail and documentation skills
