We are recruiting a Cleaning Coordinator Assistant to support scheduling, quality control, and communication within a busy cleaning company serving Groningen facilities. This hybrid desk-and-onsite role bridges administrative tasks with field supervision.
Your duties include assisting with staff scheduling, tracking cleaning performance, coordinating supply orders, and occasionally conducting on-site inspections of completed work. You will communicate with clients and cleaning teams to ensure high service standards.
This position requires basic office skills combined with knowledge of cleaning processes. You will split your time between office work and visits to client sites.
